How many people attend each course?
We usually have 20 - 25 students per course.
What is the age range of people who attend your courses?
This course is open to adults of all ages. So anyone aged 18 and over.
How long does the course go for?
The course goes for one day over one weekend. The course runs from 10.00am until 4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and 15-minute morning & afternoon tea breaks.
How often do you run the course and when is the next one?
A list of upcoming dates for our 1-Day Confidence & Self-Esteem Workshop can be found on the information page for that course.
When do I have to pay?
You can pay your full course fees at the time of enrollment, or you can opt to only pay a course deposit of $99, with the balance of your course fees being due the Thursday prior to the course. Sorry we don't accept cash payments on the day of the course.
How Can I Pay My Course Fees?
You can pay your course fees by credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You can also pay your course fees by bank transfer. Sorry we do not accept cash payments at our office or cheques/money orders, due to processing issues in the past.
Do you offer payment plans / financial help?
Yes. Students that may have trouble paying their fees can apply for a weekly or fortnightly payment plan. Simply Contact Us for relevant information. Additional charges may apply to a payment plan.
Will food or refreshments be provided?
Yes, we will provide a basic morning tea and afternoon tea. But you must provide your own lunch, or money to buy lunch at the nearby shops.
Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes. Students do receive a Certificate Of Completion.
Do you have a refund policy?

Usually we ask students to bring a pen, pad and water. However we will send you a letter outlining what is required prior to each course.
